Product Introduction
The structure of F&F double tank (full name of glass fiber reinforced plastic double tank) is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics. The "inner shell" in contact with oil products includes the structure layer of conductive electrostatic layer, anti-corrosion layer and anti-seepage layer,while the "outer shell" in contact with soil includes the structure layer of anti-corrosion layer, and the intermediate test layer is between the "inner shell" and the "outer shell". The whole tank is made of injection and winding composite process.

Product structure
Glass fiber reinforced plastic double-layer structure; a patented method is applied in producing between the internal shell and the exter nal reinforced fiberglass layer, creating a gap between the inner and outer layers. It ensures the hazardous substance only flow in the gap and not leak outside to pollute the environment even if there is a leakage in the inner shell.
Inner Shell
Inner shell - composite fiberglass layer with a thickness of over 5.5mm. Considering the anti-corrosion and anti-seepage against gasoline and diesel function of the inner
layer,inner lining layer shall be added.
The inner shell is carefully designed. It is composed of anti-corrosion layer (resin content above 90%), fiberglass spray impervious barrier layer, fiberglass winding structure layer from the inside out.
Each layer plays its own role to achieve high anti-seepage capacity and structural strength. In addition, U-shaped stiffener made by vacuum lead-in process is placed inside the load-bearing storage tank. Due to the process characteristics of vacuum lead-in,the stiffness of the whole tank is greatly improved. The main raw materials include UL certified Shanghai Huachang unsaturated benzene-type polyester resin and Jushi fiberglass.
Outer Shell
Outer Shell-composite fiberglass layer with a thickness of more than 5mm. Consid-ering the cleanliness and the corrosion resistance of the soil, a non-twist roving spray-ing layer is added to the outer layer.
The outer shell is also carefully designed. It is consisted of fiberglass winding struc-ture layer and fiberglass spray impervious barrier layer from the inside out.
Considering the structural strength, the main structure layer of FRP tank is made using the winding process. The inner and outer layers are wound and sprayed togeth-er to ensure the strength of the tank. The outer spay coating is to increase the friction between the outer shell and soil, and to improve the stability of the buried tank.The stability of the load bearing tank when it is constantly loaded is extremely important. No matter the load-bearing tank or the non-load-bearing tank,U-shaped stiffener made byvacuum lead-in process is placed on the outer shell, which not only improves the overall stiffness, but also serves the dual purpose of lifting lug support and binding fixation.
